CITN 's portal gives assistance and acquaints members with information and help members determine the availability of related services.

We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Submissions posted or submitted by you. We have no obligation to post your comments; we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to determine which comments are published on the CITN portal. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not provide us with any submissions and you agree not to take any action against CITN in relation to the use of such material or information.

If you own or have unrestricted rights to the material or information submitted to CITN, you shall indemnify and render CITN harmless against any claims, suits, proceedings, expenses of any type whatsoever, brought against CITN in connection with infringement of third parties rights in respect of the material or information that you submitted.

You will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the materials or information is free from any known computer viruses, or other contaminates, including but not limited to any code or instructions that may be used to modify damage or compromise the security of this portal, or CITN's computer systems or networks.

By participating in and using this services, you represent that you have read, accept and are bound by this acceptable use policy.

Participation in the CITN feedback forum and exchange of e-mails with other members will be subject to rules of good practice and courtesy to others. The principal purpose of our Facility is to facilitate information and feedback by members regarding our services.

(c) suspension of access to the Facility site or section,

(d) termination of membership, or

We accept no responsibility for loss of data, information in any form or other matters whatsoever which result from the use of the portal. We shall be entitled without liability to the member and at our discretion to remove any such content from our server immediately. Prepaid services

Please note that we are not responsible for remitting tax to relevant tax bodies as organizations will invoice CITN for tax amount and organizations will hand over taxes applicable to relevant bodies.

Where you choose to cancel or alter your payments, you might be charged for such changes subject to the rules for such changes and agree to pay for such changes as may occur. Once your payment request (s) have been lodged, you authorize CITN to make payment on your behalf based on the rates displayed on portal and on the availability of such services, which will include payment charges.

PAYMENTS

It will be your duty and obligation to ensure the protection of your credit card/ debit card personal identification number and all such other details of your credit/debit cards as CITN will not be held responsible for the unauthorized use, theft, loss of details in your credit/debit card and for payments made to unauthorized bank centers, cash centers, personnels fraudulently representing CITN. CITN does not have access to informations stored in your credit/debit card. You further agree not to take any action against CITN in cases that may arise out of such situations.

TRAVEL LOCATIONS

You are therefore urged to take all necessary precautions, and measures as well as heed to announcements by very relevant authorities. CITN will not be held responsible for the injuries suffered, nor loss or damage that may arise out of travel to places of risk. CITN will not be held responsible for acts of God, force majeure, acts of government or authority that might impede your travel.

The choice for opting for any of these products and services contained on this portal are yours and CITN is not obliged and does not represent or make recommendations of products and services displayed on its portal.

CITN would not be held liable for erroneous and fraudulent mails sent through its portal, servers and companies and we maintain that our sites are free from viruses. CITN disengages itself from damage of property injuries to persons, acts and omissions, breaches, errors or deaths arising from the acts of independent ontractors who are not agents of CITN. You are therefore prohibited from bringing actions against CITN where you fail to access or use portal or in cases of delay as well.
